Established in 2001, Lominack Kolman Smith Architects was formed from the merger of two long-standing Savannah-based firms: Lominack Associates, a 27 year-old firm, and Kolman & Smith Architects, a 41 year-old firm. The merger brought together the expertise and experience of each to form a new venture grounded in many years of practice and a vast knowledge of Savannah’s built environment.
