Lominack Kolman Smith employs a small staff and takes care to maintain a work load that allows for the active participation of a principal in every project. 

Our office is listed in the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Historic Preservation Division Directory and the South Carolina State Historic Preservation Office Project Professionals List as our staff meet the Secretary of the Interior Professional Standards for Architectural History, Architecture, and Historic Architecture. Likewise, we are listed with the Georgia Department of Transportation as a Certified Architect and Historic Rehabilitation Consultant.
