Known in recent history as the Pinch of the Past building, 2603 Whitaker Street began as an ice house, later served as a church, and even later as an architectural salvage retail store. With its most recent acquisition, the building will receive it's most significant upgrade to date to include a complete interior and exterior renovation.

The building is now home to Victory North, an events space uniquely suited for weddings, concerts, and other private events. The building features an open two-story central events space with a bar on each floor, stage, mezzanine, large elevator, third floor preparation/lounge areas and large exterior courtyard.
