Originally converted for commercial use by Lominack Kolman Smith as part of the Starland Design District project (Historic Savannah Foundation, Preservation Award, 2002), LKSA was again involved in the house's more recent transformation into the Two Tides Brewing Company.

The 2017 rehabilitation transformed the commercial space on the ground floor for use in brewing operations with a tap room, tasting area, and lounge added to the second floor.

The large abstract murals were hand painted by Savannah based artist and illustrator, Alexandria Olivia Hall. The owners aimed to create a destination with a laid back 60s/70s beach vibe. You can find more of her work at alexandriahall.myportfolio.com.
