This hotel design was a combination of several Marriot prototypes and required a large amount of custom designs and changes to the prototype drawings. In turn, this project required additional review by the Marriot corporation for approval. We also completed custom interior design plans for this project. Additionally, the plans provided were for wood frame construction and we converted the design to concrete masonry and hollow-core panel construction.

The hotel has 63 rooms and it is located near Savannah Airport. The design is based on a “suite” concept for business travelers. Amenities include a heated indoor pool and spa, whirlpool and exercise rooms, meeting facilities, and hospitality room.
