This project includes the adaptive reuse of the historic Krouskoff Mansion in the Thomas Square Streetcar National Register Historic District. Anticipated tasks include building documentation, historic tax credit and tax freeze applications, local historic district review, construction documents, and construction administration.

Built in 1897 by Soloman and Matilda Krouskoff, the Queen Anne house retains much of its original historic elements and original floor plan to include a grand stair upon entry. Krouskoff was a Savannah Alderman and a proponent of developing the southern section of the city, to include his home.
