When the Owner contacted Lominack Kolman Smith to design a guest house addition to her existing garage, she already knew she wanted a well-designed space with special attention to detail and materials. We made that idea a reality. With true craftsman architecture, her “special hideaway” has become just that for her, her friends and family. This open floor plan concept includes a kitchen, a loft, a library complete with a custom access ladder, a bathroom, and an open bedroom.
