Lominack Kolman Smith Architects was formed by the 2001 merger of Lominack Associates Architects, a 27 year-old firm, and Kolman & Smith Architects, a 41 year-old firm. T. Jerry Lominack, AIA and Anne K. Smith, AIA, LEEP AP are the Principals.

LKS, a woman-owned small business, enjoys a reputation in the Savannah community and with its clients for being a design-oriented firm, seeking imaginative design solutions within the framework of proven and familiar techniques. The firm maintains a relatively small, highly competent staff, and takes care to maintain the work load at a level that allows for the active participation of a principal in each project.

The firm offers comprehensive architectural services for a wide range of building types and projects, including new building design, renovations, historic preservation, interior architecture, and planning. We are a multifaceted design firm with extensive experience in the design of high-quality buildings. Creating environmentally sensitive and responsive designs is also an integral part of Lominack Kolman Smith's mission as a firm. We recognize the long-lasting impact of our work and strive to ensure that designs are harmonious with their environments.
