House at Miller Pasture is Awarded the 2010 Marguerite Williams Award
On April 9, 2010, The
Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation held its annual awards ceremony.
This year the ceremony was located in Rome, Georgia. There, they honored
the Dunlevie House with two preservation awards. The first was an
Excellence in Rehabilitation Award, the second was the Marguerite Williams
Award. This award it presented annually to the project that has had the
greatest impact on preservation in the state of Georgia. We are honored
that our project was chosen for this great award.

AIA Savannah Chapter Awards
The
American Institute of Architects hosted its Savannah Chapter holiday
gathering and awards ceremony with USGBC on December 10, 2009 at Savannah
Station. Lominack Kolman Smith Architects was honored to receive a
Citation Award for the Dunlevie House at Miller Pasture and a Design
Excellence Award for Frogtown Lofts.

Historic Savannah Foundation hosted its annual meeting and award ceremony
October 29, 2009. Lominack Kolman Smith Architects was honored to receive
an Historic Preservation Award for the rehabilitation of 214 East Park
Avenue, The Robert T. Spencer, Sr. House.
